Know Before You Go:
MOBILE TICKETS
- Never leave your tickets behind with mobile ticketing accessed via your digital wallet. Access to Yolo High Wheelers games at Dobbins Stadium will be available via mobile ticketing. Once you have completed checkout, you will have the ability to store your ticket in your phone’s digital wallet. Mobile ticket transfers can be made from anywhere.

CASHLESS FACILITY
- In an effort to be a more environmentally friendly ballpark and to decrease time spent in lines, Yolo High Wheelers games at Dobbins Stadium will be a cashless facility. Fans may use all major credit cards, debit cards, Apple Pay, or Google Pay for all transactions while at the facility.
BAG POLICY
- To ensure fan safety, security and ease of admittance into Dobbins Stadium, one large clear bag 14" x 6" x 14" or smaller will be allowed. Clutches 4.6" x 6.5" x 2" or smaller are also allowed. All other bags/purses/clutches/packs will not be allowed into the stadium.
- All bags are subject to search
- Guests who require a diaper bag or purse/bag for medical items, such as prescription medication, breast pumps, and other special medical equipment, are permitted to bring a bag. These medical and diaper bags must undergo additional screening and inspection.
FREE PARKING:
Free parking for Yolo High Wheelers baseball games will be available in the Pavilion Structure Parking Garage located at 2 Dairy Road, Davis, CA 95616. Lot 25 will be available for parking at an additional charge. All Parking permits must be claimed or purchased in advance of arrival.

ADA INFORMATION:
Dobbins Stadium meets all structural and service requirements as stipulated by the Americans with Disabilities Act. The following services are available to accommodate the needs of our disabled guests:
- ADA Parking - A limited number of on-site ADA parking is available on a first-come, first-served basis in the paid Lot 25. Additional ADA parking is available in the free Pavillion Structure. - ADA SEATING - Wheelchair and companion seating are offered in the Orange & Yellow sections at Dobbins Stadium.
ALCOHOL
California State liquor laws prohibit guests from bringing alcoholic beverages into or out of Dobbins Stadium. The only alcohol permitted on the premises must be purchased and/or dispensed by authorized servers. Must be 21 or older to purchase alcoholic beverages. Guests who appear to be under the age of 40 will be required to show approved identification. Only “Bona Fide” identification that is currently valid (not expired), issued by a Government Agency, and containing the following will be accepted: name of the person, photograph, physical description, and date of birth.
No guest will be served more than two alcoholic beverages at any time. Alcoholic beverage sales will be cut off at the first pitch of the eighth inning during a baseball game.
ANIMALS
Certified service animals are allowed into Dobbins Stadium. All other animals are prohibited.
ATMs
ATMs are not available at Dobbins Stadium. Dobbins Stadium is a cashless facility and fans may use all major credit cards, debit cards, Apple Pay, or Google Pay for all transactions while at the facility.
AUTOGRAPHS
Guests may seek autographs from players and coaches from the time the gates open until 15 minutes before game time. Please be courteous and respectful to the players and coaches as well as guests possessing tickets in autograph areas. If you are seeking autographs in a seating section other than your own, you may be asked to proceed to your designated seating section.
Join us for the remaining Sunday home games for Signature Sunday. Markers and pens will be available as well as players for autographs.
BABY-CHANGING AREAS
Baby-changing stations are located in the restrooms at Dobbins Stadium.
BAG SEARCH
All bags must adhere to the “BAG POLICY” and are subject to search upon entry and within the ballpark. Prohibited items should be disposed of in the trash or recycle containers or may be returned to one’s vehicle. (See PROHIBITED ITEMS)
BANNERS AND SIGNS
Banners or signs may be brought into Dobbins Stadium as long as they do not interfere with the game in progress or obstruct the view of other guests in the area. Banners may not contain political or commercial messages or display inappropriate phrases or words. The Yolo High Wheelers reserve the right for its staff members to remove any banners or signs at their discretion.
BEACH BALLS
Beach balls and other inflatable items are not permitted in Dobbins Stadium.
BEVERAGES, BOTTLES, AND CANS
Guests are not allowed to bring any outside beverages, cans, or bottles into Dobbins Stadium. The following items are permitted: unopened, soft-sided containers of drinks such as water, small milk cartons, juice boxes or pouches, baby formula, bottles, baby food for children, and medication or other special needs. Please note that permitted sealed bottled water only applies to water without ANYTHING added to it. Sports drinks or other flavored waters are not allowed. Reusable beverage containers are permitted inside the stadium so long as they are empty.

CAMERA AND VIDEO EQUIPMENT
Guests are welcome to bring still and handheld video cameras into Dobbins Stadium as long as the equipment does not interfere with other guests' enjoyment of the game. Guests wishing to use equipment that requires the use of a tripod at a fixed position in the stadium must contact the Yolo High Wheelers Office for permission. Any rebroadcast or reproduction of the game or the event without the express written consent of the Yolo High Wheelers is prohibited.
The camera and video equipment policy are subject to change at any time without notice.
CHILDREN
Age Restrictions
Children 23 months and younger do not need a ticket for entry into Dobbins Stadium; however, they must sit on the lap of an accompanying adult and will not be reserved a seat. Children two years of age and older must have a ticket.
CODE OF CONDUCT
Per our commitment to providing our guests with a clean, safe, fun atmosphere, and accessible experience for all fans at Dobbins Stadium, the following are absolutely prohibited at all Yolo High Wheelers games and events:
- Abusive language, images or obscene gestures including derogatory comments relating to race, religion, sexual orientation, gender identity, gender expression, national origin, disability or appearance
- Fighting, taunting or threatening remarks or gestures
- Disruption of the game by a guest's actions
- Guests seated in a location other than their ticketed seat
- Throwing objects of any kind
- Unauthorized entrance on the playing field or restricted areas
- Intoxication or other signs of impairment
- Obscene or indecent clothing or signs
- Use of smoke, flare, or fire devices
- Displays of affection not appropriate in a public, family setting
- Smoking and use of tobacco of any kind (including vaping) is prohibited everywhere at Dobbins Stadium
- No ticket scalping
- Must comply with CA alcohol laws
- Attempting to enter the facility with an item on the Prohibited Items List or possession within the facility of an item on the Prohibited Items List
- INDIVIDUALS AND GROUPS FOUND IN VIOLATION OF THIS CODE OF CONDUCT FACE EJECTION FROM THE EVENT AND MAY BE SUBJECT TO ADDITIONAL PENALTIES, INCLUDING BANS FROM FUTURE HIGH WHEELERS EVENTS.

CONCESSIONS
Concessions run by Woodstock’s Pizza and will feature a standard baseball menu including hot dogs, pizza, snacks, beer, wine, canned cocktails, soda, water and more. Menu subject to change.
Select games will have a rotation of popular food trucks.

EXIT AND REENTRY
Guests may leave Dobbins Stadium at any time through the main entry. Guests may reenter the stadium only after obtaining a re-entry stamp from an attendant at any of the exit gates.
FIELD ACCESS
In accordance with Pioneer League rules, only authorized personnel with proper credentials will be permitted on the field before, during, or after a game or event. Any unauthorized person who travels onto the field will be removed from Dobbins Stadium and subject to arrest and prosecution.
Entry to the UC Davis Soccer field is not permitted under any circumstance unless authorized by a Yolo High Wheelers employee or security. We understand the likelihood of foul balls being hit onto the soccer field, they will be retrieved by a Yolo High Wheelers employee unless otherwise dictated. Any unauthorized person who travels onto the field will be removed from Dobbins Stadium and subject to arrest and prosecution.
FIRST AID
If first aid assistance is needed, please go to the Merchandise Tent or contact the nearest Yolo High Wheelers representative.
FOOD
Pioneer League rules state that guests are not allowed to bring any outside food items into Dobbins Stadium. No exceptions.
FOUL AND HOME RUN BALLS
Guests may keep any balls hit into the stands. Batted balls can be dangerous, so we ask that guests stay alert at all times, even when out of their seats. When attempting to catch a foul or home run ball, please do not interfere with the game in progress, and be respectful of other guests. At no time should a foul or home run ball be thrown back on the field. Foul balls that land on the UC Davis soccer field will be retrieved by a Yolo High Wheelers employee only unless otherwise specified. Guests who fail to adhere to these rules face immediate ejection from Dobbins Stadium and will be subject to arrest and prosecution.
GATE TIMES AND ENTRANCES
Entry times are subject to change but typically begin 30 minutes prior to game time unless otherwise specified. Please note: on nights with large crowds expected, Dobbins Stadium may open slightly earlier prior to game time to accommodate all of our fans.
GIVEAWAYS
Unless otherwise noted, giveaways are first come, first serve while supplies last and will be distributed at the Main Gate. Only one giveaway item per person per ticket will be given to the bearer of the ticket upon entering the stadium. Children two (2) years of age or younger who do not have a valid ticket will be allowed to enter the stadium but will not be eligible to receive an item. Giveaways are available while supplies last at the guest’s point of entry.
For giveaway purposes, a ticket will be deemed invalid if the ticket bar code has been deactivated or invalidated or if a reentry gate usher has invalidated the ticket with a stamp or mark.
Some items may have been damaged during shipping and handling. Please inspect your item upon receipt. If your item is damaged, please go to the Guest Services office. We will make every attempt to replace the damaged item, but in some instances, it may not be possible.
For giveaway items specifically for children (12 and under), the child must be in attendance and will only be eligible to receive one giveaway item.
Please be sure to obtain your item upon entering the stadium and before leaving the distribution area. Any guest who approaches the distribution area or the distribution staff after he or she has left the distribution area will be denied an item. Guests are not permitted to bring in large quantities of previous bobblehead giveaways to exchange with fans upon entering the stadium. Guests who are seen conducting this act will politely be asked to cease their actions and put their bobbleheads in their vehicle.

GROUP OUTINGS
Share the excitement of High Wheelers baseball with a group of friends, family, or co-workers at the ballpark. When ordering through the Ticket Sales department, groups of 20 or more will receive seating together subject to availability. ICE CHESTS AND COOLERS
Guests are not permitted to bring ice chests or coolers into Dobbins Stadium unless for medical purposes. All prohibited items should be discarded or may be returned to one’s vehicle.
LASER POINTERS
The use of laser pointers is strictly prohibited at Dobbins Stadium and will result in confiscation of the laser pointer and possible ejection.
LOST AND FOUND
Items found in or around Dobbins Stadium during events should be turned into the Merchandise Tent located near the Press Box. All lost and found items will be stored for 15 days. Every effort will be made to return the item to its owner, but if an item has been stored for 15 days and has not been claimed, Dobbins Stadium and the Yolo High Wheelers reserve the right to remit to charity or otherwise dispose of it.
LOST CHILDREN
Every child should be told to contact a Yolo High Wheelers representative should they become lost. A lost child should be taken to the Press Box located on the concourse behind SEC-HP. If you become separated from your child, please contact the nearest Yolo High Wheelers Staff Member or Security Guard.
MEMBERSHIP, TICKET PLAN, & GROUP INFORMATION

MERCHANDISE

NATIONAL ANTHEM PERFORMANCES
Anyone interested in performing the national anthem should fill out our online submission form on highwheelers.com and email into info@highwheelers.com with their audition tape.
NOISEMAKERS
For the comfort and enjoyment of our guests, excessive and artificial noisemakers of any type, including air horns, are prohibited at Dobbins Stadium. The Yolo High Wheelers reserve the right for its staff members to remove or allow any noisemakers at their discretion.

In the interest of guest safety and enjoyment, Yolo High Wheelers Management reserves the right to prevent certain items from being brought into Dobbins Stadium. Items that are not allowed into Dobbins Stadium include but are not limited to:
- Outside food or beverages (exceptions noted in BEVERAGES, BOTTLES, AND CANS and FOOD sections above)
- Illegal drugs
- Glass bottles or cans
- Ice chests or hard-sided coolers
- Camera tripods (see CAMERA AND VIDEO EQUIPMENT section above)
- Sticks or clubs (including signs attached to sticks)
- Fireworks
- Bullhorns or other noisemakers
- Confetti
- Animals (except certified service animals)
- Large tents, canopies, beach & picnic umbrellas
- Beach balls or other inflatables
- Bicycles (free bike parking is available in Lot 25)
- Skateboards or rollerblades
- Hoverboards
- Water or squirt guns and toy guns of any kind
- Laser pointers
- Unmanned aerial vehicles
- Tripods, monopods, or cameras with large lenses (over 3")( except for credentialed members of the media)

- Any other items deemed dangerous or inappropriate, in the sole discretion of Yolo High Wheelers and UC Davis.

PROMOTIONAL ITEMS
The Yolo High Wheelers will have a number of promotional days this season. For a list of upcoming promotions, please refer to our website at highwheelers.com. The number of promotional items distributed is restricted based on the event. Please remember that a ticket does not ensure or entitle the holder to a promotional item on that date and that items will be limited to one per person per ticket. Giveaway dates are subject to change without notice.
RAIN CHECKS/RAINOUT POLICY
If a regular season game is rained out and NOT rescheduled, a ticket may be exchanged for a ticket with the same value to another game during the regular season, subject to availability. If a regular season game is rained out and rescheduled for another date, the original ticket will be honored for the rescheduled game. No part of the purchase price will be refunded by reason of the failure of the ticket holders to exchange or use the ticket. Additional information may be emailed to ticket purchasers.
Should a regular season game not progress to or beyond a point of play constituting a regulation game, the ticket will be good for any regular season home game, subject to ticket availability.
RAIN CHECKS will not be honored for any regulation or suspended game which has progressed to or beyond a point of play described in the PDL Operations Manual.
RAIN DELAYS
According to the PDL Operations Manual, the home team is the sole judge of the conditions of the playing field prior to the start of the game. The umpire-in-chief shall be the sole judge as to whether and when play shall be suspended during a game because of unsuitable weather conditions or the unfit condition of the playing field; as to whether and when the play shall be resumed after such suspension, and as to whether and when a game shall be terminated after such suspension. They shall not call the game until at least one hour and 15 minutes after play is suspended. They may continue the suspension as long as they believe there is any chance to resume play. They shall not call the game until at least 45 minutes after they have suspended play for a second time. The umpire-in-chief shall at all times try to complete a game. Their authority to resume play following one or more suspensions shall be absolute, and they shall terminate a game only when there appears to be no possibility of completing the ballgame.
RESALE OF TICKETS
The Yolo High Wheelers prohibit the resale of tickets on UC Davis premises, including Dobbins Stadium.
RESTROOMS
Dobbins Stadium restrooms are located on the concourse behind SEC-HP on both sides of the Concession storefront. All restrooms have diaper-changing tables and are accessible to guests with disabilities.
SCRIMMAGES
For scrimmages, spring training games, or exhibition games at Dobbins Stadium, not all typical game rules apply according to official PBL regulations. At the discretion of the General Manager, coaches, players, teams may not play a full nine-inning game or adhere to standard PBL rules. Innings may also start with runners on base or whatever situation team managers would like to simulate.
SMOKING POLICY
Dobbins Stadium is a smoke-free facility and all smoking, including vaping, is prohibited throughout the entire ballpark.
