Yuba-Sutter Freebirds $1 Million Wall
1. Eligibility & Entry
● Participants: This promotion (the “Promotion”) is open to legal residents of the 50 United States and the District of Columbia, excluding residents of the states of Rhode Island, New York and Florida, who are 18 years of age or older.
● Ineligible Participants: Employees, agents, successors, and assignees of the Yuba-Sutter Freebirds (“Sponsor”), its advertising agencies and promotional companies involved in this Promotion, as well as family and household members of same, are not eligible to participate in the Promotion and will not be awarded any prize covered herein.
● Duration: This promotion will be run at each of the 51 2026 Freebirds Regular Season Home Games at Bryant Field, provided that there will be a maximum of one $1 million prize winner for the entire 2026 season. If the $1 million prize is awarded, the Promotion will continue for the remaining prizes.
● Activation: To be eligible for prizes, a ticket holder must provide their name, email address, and phone number, and the ticket must be scanned at a Bryant Field entry gate on the day of the game. Once scanned, the entry is "Active." Participants do not need to be physically present at the time of a hit to win, provided their entry was activated. At Yuba-Sutter Freebirds’ discretion, if scanning data is not available, Activation may be assigned by ticket purchase data instead of ticket scanning data.
2. The Early Bird Bonus
To reward advance purchase, tickets purchased at least one calendar day prior to the game will receive a bonus entry.
● Game Day Purchase: Tickets purchased on the day of the game receive one (1) Target Square assignment.
● The Early Bird Bonus: Tickets purchased at least one calendar day prior to the game date (by 11:59 PM PT the night before) get a bonus Target Square assignment for a total of two (2) Target Square assignments.
3. Alternate Method of Entry (AMOE)
● No purchase necessary. To enter without a ticket, eligible participants may request a “Wall Entry” either by visiting the Bryant Field Box Office when it is open (generally one
hour before game time), or by mailing a request to Yuba-Sutter Freebirds $1 Million Wall, 405 El Camino Real, #120, Menlo Park, CA 94025. Participants must provide their
name, email address, and phone number, and meet the other eligibility requirements set forth herein. Letters received will be stamped on the date the request is opened and will
be processed within seven (7) business days. Wall Entries will be assigned to the next 2026 Freebirds Regular Season Home Game at Bryant Field. [Wall Entries shall be
active for only one game each, but participants may send additional AMOE entries.]
● Equal Dignity: Each AMOE entry will be randomly assigned in the next game to a Target Square.
● AMOE entries do not include stadium admission; participants do not need to be present to win.
4. Wall Layout & Hit Requirements
● Target Squares: The Freebirds $1 Million Wall consists of 100 specific marked Target Squares. These Target Squares will be installed on the Freebirds outfield wall and may
or may not be directly adjacent.
● Neutral Space: A ball striking the wall in a neutral area not marked as a Target Square does not trigger a prize.
● Regular Innings Only: Prize triggers are active during regular play in Innings 1 through 9 only. Extra innings are not eligible for promotion play.
● The Hit: A "Live Ball" hit by a Yuba-Sutter Freebirds player must strike the vertical face of a Target Square on the fly prior to coming in contact with the ground or any object,
player or person.
5. The Prizes
● HIT #1: The "Starter Scratch"
○ If a "Live Ball" hit by a Yuba-Sutter Freebirds player strikes the vertical face of a Target Square, this triggers the Starter Scratch Prize. All active participants
assigned to that square win a starter prize consisting of concessions vouchers, team merchandise discounts, and/or sponsor gifts, at the Freebirds discretion.
● HIT #2: The "Cock-a-Doodle-DOUGH"
○ If a "Live Ball" hit by a Yuba-Sutter Freebirds player strikes the vertical face of a the same Target Square on the fly prior to coming in contact with the ground or
any object, player or person for a SECOND time in the SAME game, this triggers the Cock-a-Doodle-DOUGH Prize.
○ One (1) individual from all active participants assigned to the Target Square that was hit on a fly twice in the same game will be randomly drawn by a retained or
neutral third party to win the $1,000,000 prize. The $1 million prize will be awarded a maximum of 1 time for the entire season. The prize drawing will
take place within 72 hours of Hit #2 occuring. All other individuals assigned to that Target square who are not selected in the drawing will receive the
Consolation “Wattle Wealth” prize.
● CONSOLATION: The "Wattle Wealth"
○ All other active participants on the Target square that triggered the "Cock-a-Doodle-DOUGH" prize (who were not selected as the million-dollar
winner) will receive the high-value "Wattle Wealth" consolation prize consisting of a pair of 2027 Freebirds Season Tickets.
6. Official Verification & Payout
● Verification: Verification will be dependent upon review of the video captured by the game. Yuba-Sutter Freebirds and their designee(s) have final authority on hit locations
and associated prizes. The stream and the visual recording must clearly show, for each batter on the Designated Team, the ball being hit by the player at bat, the ball in flight,
and the ball landing and the ball hitting Target Square and the Target Square number if the ball hits a Target Square.
● Claim: All Wattle Wealth and Cock-a-Doodle-DOUGH prize winner(s) will be required to submit a Winner’s Affidavit & Release supplied by Sponsor within 2 business days to be
eligible to receive their prize. Failure to submit such affidavit and release within the time required will result in forfeiture of the prize.
● The Payout: The $1,000,000 Cock-a-Doodle-DOUGH prize is subject to prize provider verification and will be paid in forty (40) annual installments of $25,000.00 each, without
interest.
● Taxes: All winners are solely responsible for federal, state, and local taxes. Sponsor will provide winners with a 1099 for all prizes with a value over $2,000.00. Sponsor reserves
the right to withhold taxes to the extent required by law.
● Marketing Usage:
The names, images and likenesses of the Starter Scratch, Wattle Wealth, and Cock-a-Doodle-DOUGH prize winner(s) may be used by the Yuba-Sutter Freebirds and
their designee(s) for promotional or marketing purposes without any further compensation to, or approval from, the Promotion winners.
